EDMONDSON, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), brought suit on behalf of an employee of Defendant, Total System Services, Inc., alleging that the employee was terminated in retaliation for engaging in statutorily protected conduct under Title VII. The district court granted summary judgment for Defendant. We affirm.
