We are presented an unfortunate case involving three children who have been bounced around, a family divided, parents incarcerated, and a history of drugs. It is a case where both the natural mother and father lost all parental rights to their three children by petition of the State for the "Termination of Parental Rights and Certification of the Minor Children for Adoption."
