Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Michael J. Neimand, Assistant Attorney General, Fort Lauderdale, and Jason D. Montes, Pro Bono Legal Intern, Nova Southeastern University, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order denying appellant's motion to suppress but reverse the written judgment of conviction, as the state concedes we should, to reflect that the conviction was for resisting arrest with violence.
