¶ 1 The Commonwealth appeals from the trial court's order suppressing six kilos of cocaine police recovered from a backpack in the possession of defendant Oliver James Beasley. The Commonwealth charged Beasley with two violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, and now certifies that the order granting suppression has effectively terminated the prosecution.
