Jerold Alan Harris ("defendant") appeals his convictions for robbery with a dangerous weapon and first degree murder of Jimmy Andreson ("Andreson"). In his brief before this Court, defendant contends that the trial court abused its discretion in ruling that David Foreman ("Foreman") and Tyrone Dukes ("Dukes"), his co-defendants, would not be called to testify without conducting the balancing test required...
