Michael Thrower, Michael Mason, and Leonard Miles, who were each in substantial arrears in the payment of court-ordered child support, were charged in the Circuit Court for St. Mary's County with constructive civil contempt of court for failure to maintain bi-weekly contact with the State Bureau of Support Enforcement (BOSE), as previously ordered by the court.
