Richard Nixon challenges the trial court's summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Nixon raises seventeen grounds for relief, only two of which have merit. We reverse and remand for further proceedings on his ninth and tenth claims that his counsel was ineffective for failing to present the testimony of Officer Kubas and for failing to introduce the five hour police video of him...
