The Campaign for Family Farms ("Campaign") and several individual pork producers brought this reverse Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") suit against the United States Department of Agriculture ("USDA") to prevent it from releasing a petition that calls for a referendum to terminate a federally-imposed assessment on pork sales. The petition includes the names, addresses, and phone numbers of over 19,000 pork producers who signed the petition...
