STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On 17 November 1997, appellant Clifton Drummer was charged with simple burglary, a violation of La. R.S. 14:62. After a hearing on 21 January 1998, the trial court found probable cause and denied defense motions to suppress the statement, identification and evidence.
