All Star Gas, Inc., of Washington, obtained an injunction against Randy Bechard, its former employee, and his partnership, Yakima Energy Systems (YES). Randy's brother, Rick Bechard, was the other partner in YES. All Star Gas then filed a complaint against Rick, alleging he violated the injunction and conspired with Randy to violate a noncompetition agreement and the injunction.
