WILLIAMS, Judge.

We granted a supervisory writ1 to review the trial court's denial of a motion for summary judgment filed by the defendants, C & L Shreveport, L.L.C. and its insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Finding that the trial court erred in denying the defendant's motion, we make the writ peremptory, reverse the trial court's ruling and dismiss the plaintiff's claim.
