Julius Sager appeals his conviction and sentence imposed for theft of mail and possession of stolen mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708. On appeal, Sager asserts numerous claims, including ineffective assistance of counsel, prosecutorial misconduct, erroneous admission of evidence under Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b), error in the court's instruction to the jury not to "grade" a postal investigator's investigation, error in imposing enhancements...
