HATFIELD, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff, Sally Hannon ("Hannon"), instituted the above-entitled action seeking compensatory and punitive damages from defendants Avis Rent A Car System, Inc. ("Avis"), and Stephen G. Hesslau ("Hesslau"), alleging sex discrimination and retaliation in contravention of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.1
