In these consolidated dramshop act cases, cross-plaintiff Verna's Tavern, Inc., appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition to cross-defendant Lawrence Heite. Verna's argues that this Court should remand its cross-claims to the trial court with instructions for the trial court to determine Verna's liability so that it can establish its right to indemnification from Heite.
