The district court granted summary judgment against Dianne Hoover's employment-discharge claims. We affirm summary judgment on her claims for failure to reasonably accommodate disability and for reprisal because the submitted evidence fails to establish legally essential elements. We also affirm summary judgment on Hoover's negligent-supervision claim because it is preempted by the Minnesota Human Rights Act. The evidence is, however...
