Eric Wolfe1 was charged by bill of information on August 12, 1998, with a two-count violation of La. R.S. 40:967(B)(1), to wit: distribution of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. At his arraignment on August 19, 1998, he pled not guilty to each count.
