Defendant, Bally's Louisiana, Inc. ("BLI"), appeals the trial court's grant of a preliminary injunction in favor of plaintiff, Metro Riverboat Associates, Inc. ("Metro"). The injunction was granted after a second evidentiary hearing was held in this matter. This second hearing was held pursuant to a ruling of this Court, which remanded the case for another hearing after finding that Metro had failed to satisfy its burden of proof for the issuance...
