Brian Parsley has appealed from a declaratory judgment entered by the Grayson Circuit Court that ruled that Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company has no duty to defend its insured, Steve Crawford, and is not obligated, under the terms of the homeowner's policy it had issued to Crawford, to provide coverage for the damages sustained by Parsley while a guest in Crawford's home.
