STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On June 24, 1997, Daniel Urman (hereinafter "Mr. Urman") was injured while employed with Freeman Decorating Company (hereinafter "Freeman"). His injuries consisted of an ankle sprain with complications of tendinitis synovitis, effusion and impaired range of motion.
