Teremun Anthony Salmon was convicted of petit larceny. Salmon claims that the trial court erred by overruling his pretrial motion objecting to the prospective jurors in his venire on the ground that the Commonwealth had obtained information derived from criminal background checks on each potential juror. We disagree, and affirm his conviction.
