Jeff Park and his wife, Lynn Park, brought this cause of action against John Larison and Mark Boles in an attempt to recover damages for the personal injuries sustained by their minor child, Matt Park, in a four-wheeler accident. At trial, the jury returned a verdict finding that Larison and Boles were not negligent and that Matt was negligent. Pursuant to the verdict, the trial court rendered judgment for the defendants...
