¶ 1 The Commonwealth appeals from a June 17, 1999 judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County following Appellee's conviction of two counts of unlawful delivery of cocaine. The Commonwealth contends that the trial court committed an abuse of discretion by failing to impose a three-year mandatory sentence for Appellee's second conviction.
