Robert Gault appeals the summary denial of his Rule 3.800(a) motion to correct sentence of 55.5 months incarceration. He claims that his sentence is illegal because he was sentenced pursuant to unconstitutional legislation, Chapter 95-184, Laws of Florida, which contained the 1995 amendments to the sentencing guidelines.
