Respondent Kathryn Hensler appeals from a final judgment of the Division of Workers' Compensation finding that she was personally liable for a judgment entered in favor of petitioner, Jeffrey R. Macysyn, stemming from a work-related injury that occurred on December 4, 1994. Kathryn's husband, Joseph E. Hensler, Jr., was also found personally liable, but has not appealed...
