Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from an order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to defendant and denying summary disposition to plaintiff. We affirm.

On January 7, 1983, plaintiff was sentenced to twenty-five to fifty years' imprisonment for his conviction of armed robbery, M.C.L. § 750.529; MSA 28.797, and to two years' imprisonment for his conviction of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, M.C.L....
