Charles E. Ingram, the plaintiff in an action pending in the Chambers Circuit Court, seeks a writ of mandamus directing the trial court to vacate its partial summary judgment in favor of the defendant Liberty National Life Insurance Company and to remove the limitation it had placed on Ingram's right to discovery.
