Joseph E. Dames appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Dames was adjudicated guilty, after a jury trial, of first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder. In his rule 3.850 motion, Dames asserted four claims.
