Big Valley Home Center, Inc. ("Big Valley"), a defendant in an action filed in the Colbert Circuit Court, appeals from an order denying its motion to compel arbitration of the plaintiff Lisa Mullican's claims alleging breach of contract, breach of express and implied warranties, and negligence.
