Pete MacGibbon appeals the judgment on a jury verdict awarding plaintiff Mark Akins a prescriptive easement across MacGibbon's property along with $20,000 in damages. The jury also found MacGibbon had trespassed across Akins' property, but that Akins was not entitled to monetary damages due to the trespass. Finally, the jury found that MacGibbon's actions were wilful, in bad faith, or caused Akins unnecessary...
