¶ 1 This is an appeal from an order granting Appellees' motion for summary judgment. Appellant raises one question for our review:

Whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on the basis of assumption of the risk where there existed a material issue of fact as to whether [Bullman], a visitor to a residential construction site, subjectively knew that a plank providing access would move...
