Scott David Upshaw pleaded guilty to one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 and 113(a)(6) and one count of possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(k) and 924(a)(1)(B).
