Defendant appeals as of right from his conviction in a jury trial of two counts of delivery of methadone in an amount less than fifty grams, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv), and one count of delivery of heroin in an amount less than fifty grams, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv). We affirm.
