¶ 1 Todd Heath (Heath) was charged in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, with criminal possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Heath pled guilty to the charges and reserved his right to appeal the District Court's denial of his motion to suppress items that were seized from his person pursuant to a warrantless search.
