Miami-Dade County appeals from an order of the Director of the Division of Unemployment Compensation, finding that county poll workers are employees entitled to unemployment compensation. Because we find that members of precinct election boards are not county employees within the meaning of Florida's Unemployment Compensation Law, we reverse.
