Plaintiff-appellant Larry L. Rebarchek appeals the district court's decision to grant summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Farmers Cooperative Elevator and Mercantile Association of Dighton, Kansas (Farmers) and Floyd G. Barber. Because we reverse and remand for trial on Rebarchek's claim of retaliatory discharge for the filing of a workers compensation claim, we must also address issues regarding the statute of limitations, potential supervisor...
