This litigation, having now pended for more than two years, is but a fragment of its former self. It is the juridical embodiment of a rancorous vendetta between Manoj Jain, the founder of BioCore, Inc. and BioCore Medical Technologies, Inc., and Hamid Khosrowshahi, a former executive for the corporations. The men were "like family" until June of 1997, when they parted company and started to rev up the litigation...
