Plaintiff-appellant Franklin Historic District Study Committee1 appeals as of right from the trial court's order dismissing its complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief on the ground that plaintiffs Franklin Historic District Commission and Franklin Historic District Study Committee lack standing to sue defendant.
