PER CURIAM.

In this case involving the prevailing wage act (PWA), M.C.L. § 408.551 et seq.; MSA 17.256(1) et seq., defendants Lowell Perry1 and the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services (collectively, the department) appeal the circuit court's final order granting plaintiffs declaratory and injunctive relief and the circuit court's order for a writ of mandamus.
