¶ 1. Timothy Edwards Myers pled guilty in 1996 to kidnaping. In 1999 he sought to withdraw his guilty plea, but the trial court denied relief. On appeal Myers argues that no factual basis for his crime was shown at the plea hearing and that he was not informed of the proper maximum and minimum sentences. Additionally, Myers argues that the prosecution breached the plea bargain agreement and that he received ineffective assistance...
