Plaintiff initiated this action to obtain a declaration that it is the owner of a disputed parcel of property and to enjoin defendants from trespassing on, asserting ownership rights in, and interfering with its use of that parcel. Defendants asserted a counterclaim that they, or their predecessors, had adversely possessed the disputed parcel of property.
