PER CURIAM.

We affirm the denial of unemployment benefits to the appellant/teacher based upon sections 443.091(3)(a) and (c), Florida Statutes (1999) which makes teachers ineligible for unemployment benefits when they are temporarily unemployed between academic terms or years but have a reasonable assurance of being re-employed as a teacher during the next academic term or year.
