SACKETT, Chief Judge.

Defendant-Appellant, Liborio Martinez, appeals following his conviction for three counts of possession with intent to deliver and three drug count violations. Defendant contends the district court (1) should have admitted an exculpatory statement in the form of a letter written to his attorney by a witness who refused to testify and consequently is unavailable, and (2) should not have admitted evidence he used aliases in the past.
