Arnold Ainley Wright, III (appellant), appeals from a July 31, 1998 order of the Chesterfield County Circuit Court (trial court) revoking his suspended sentence and sentencing him to five years in prison with two years re-suspended for five years. He contends the trial court lacked jurisdiction to revoke the suspended sentence.
