David N. Murray, petitioner/defendant below (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Murray"), seeks a writ of prohibition under the original jurisdiction of this Court. Mr. Murray was indicted by a grand jury in the Circuit Court of Berkeley County on two counts of first degree sexual assault.
