Pablo A. Guzman, M.D., P.A. sued Ali R. Ghahramani, M.D., P.A. to enforce the parties' mediation agreement. Ghahramani counterclaimed, seeking to enforce a non-compete clause that was contained in the original agreement the parties had entered into before mediation.
