The appellant appeals his convictions for trafficking in cocaine in an amount greater than 28 grams but less than 200 grams and for possession of cocaine with intent to sell. He argues that his convictions should be reversed because the alternate juror was allowed to retire to the jury room with the six principal jurors and that the trial court erred in sentencing him to ten years' incarceration as an habitual felony offender for the offense of trafficking...
