On October 29, 1993, appellant Steven Daniel was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of first degree murder, conspiracy to murder, and use of a handgun. He was sentenced to consecutive life sentences plus twenty years. Appellant appealed to this Court, and we reversed and remanded the case for a new trial. Daniel v.
