Harvey M. Alper, Joseph W. Little, and Will Murphy ("Petitioners"), as members of The Florida Bar, have filed with this Court a petition seeking to enjoin the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar and its agents and representatives ("Bar") from using the Bar's money, resources, and reputation in a campaign that advocates voter approval of two measures on the November 2000 ballot concerning the selection and retention of county and circuit judges in Florida...
