This appeal involves an attempt by the purchaser of real property to rescind a contract of sale, and recover the deposit, two years after signing the contract and taking possession of the property. The buyer relies on a statute that makes land contracts voidable if the seller provides financing and fails to give the buyer an amortization schedule.
