Following a bench trial in the Superior Court of Douglas County, John Brannon was convicted of violating Georgia Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations (RICO) law and of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. On appeal, Brannon argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions, that venue was improper in Douglas County, and that the trial court should have suppressed evidence seized
